Introduction to 1HUNDRED


Sessions

Tuesday/Thursday – 5:30 p.m. (Duration is approx. one hour)

Saturday – 8:30 a.m.(Duration is approx. one hour)

Schedule for each session is as follows:

– :15 Minute Warm-up

– :15 Minute Skill Development

– :10-:20 Minute WOD

– :05 Minute Cool Down
